ICMA Card Manufacturing Expo 12th – 15th May 2025
One of our favourite events on the calendar, we’re pleased to confirm that we will be attending the ICMA Card Manufacturing Expo again this year.
Held in Orlando, US, from 12th – 15th May, it’s a great chance to catch up with leaders all across the industry and see first-hand all the latest innovations and updates.
ICMA Card Manufacturing Expo Theme
The theme this year is Next-Gen Cards – Innovating for the Future. The event will feature the latest advancements in card technologies, with a dynamic agenda covering a range of topics. Including ID cards, access control, biometrics, cybersecurity, AI, printing technologies, payment card trends and ink innovations. It includes the 2025 Elan Awards of Excellence, a highlight for showcasing card innovations.
There is also a dedicated Eco Summit exploring sustainability. This will look at card manufacturing and the development of eco-focused products.
35th Anniversary
If that wasn’t enough, the ICMA is celebrating it’s 35th anniversary at the expo. ICMA has been the driving force behind the evolution of the card manufacturing industry.
“Reaching 35 years is a significant milestone for both ICMA and the entire card manufacturing industry,” says Jeffrey Barnhart, founder and executive director of ICMA. “As technology continues to evolve, our mission to advocate for our members and push the boundaries of innovation remains as strong as ever.” This is always most apparent as the industry comes together to celebrate at the Card Expo.
